Responsible for yield performance of assembly processes for Cirrus Logic’s family of Power Analog IC’s. · Lead process development and improvement initiatives; initiate and execute yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
Act as technical interface between Design team and Manufacturing team to ensure products meet Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines.
Establish statistical process control monitoring in die attach and wire bond operation. Investigate and recommend means to improve process capabilities and process cycle time. Provide corrective action plans to resolve customer complaints.

Work with internal product/test, operations and design groups, as well as foundry suppliers to meet and exceed yield, quality and reliability requirements of Cirrus products from prototypes to volume production.
Closely monitor and improve Fab quality and production metrics including in-line Cpk’s, PCM trends, Do, yield trends and reliability monitors.
